6. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

6.1 Cancellation by Client

48+ hours before session: Full refund
24-48 hours before session: 50% refund
Less than 24 hours before session: No refund

6.2 Rescheduling

You may reschedule your session once at no additional charge if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance
Subsequent rescheduling requests may incur an administrative fee

6.3 Cancellation by Elevate 9D

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances
In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule
We are not liable for any additional costs or damages resulting from our cancellation

7. CONDUCT AND RESPONSIBILITIES

7.1 Client Conduct

You agree to:

Arrive on time for scheduled sessions
Follow all instructions provided by facilitators
Respect other participants in group sessions
Not record sessions without prior written permission
Maintain confidentiality of other participants' experiences
